Each electronic folder is secure, allowing only the originator to access and update the folder until they approve an agent in their broker network or branch office to have access through e-folder™, eliminating the need for multiple software applications, web sites or paperwork transfers. e-folder™ allows Lenders and Brokers to order all vendor products without re-keying common borrower information and access, update, store and re-issue all their Vendor Products in one electronic folder allowing financial institutions to have access to all their vendor services from one centralized location. The system will track ordering and delivery dates of the vendors products and allow you to view and print all of your products from the e-folder™ application.
